Starting January 1, 2025, as per official regulations, payment for access to Parque el Jaguar will be mandatory to enter the Tulum Archaeological Zone. The fee is $20 USD and must be paid at the time of boarding.

Policies and restrictions

Minimum age to drive 16 years and 8 years as a passenger (license not required).
Basic swimming skills required.-Prescription masks available (upon request).
Not recommended for people with physical, motor, cardiac problems or pregnant women.
People under the inuence of alcohol or any narcotic will not be able to participate.
